This Is The Biggest Scandal And Injustice Of Our Times

This Australian matter although mandatory as its made out for Australia but so far seemingly crazily derelict of that totality everywhere really does validly also merit public interest from the Australian, American, English angles and possibly much of the rest of the World for everyone to have the chance to consider its relevant facts and law thus not just as so far the very few and that of the very few that are holding the matter back from wide enough attention.

This merited wide attention is because of the status of the society wide requite in uniform operation elements involved that are in question and what has been enacted of them so far.

Up till this matter all of any derelictions and everything else of Australia USA and England has only been using and subject to these centuries old society wide requite in uniform operation elements.

All those Countries and I would assume others using the English originating based Law and systems use at least something very similar in their own right for these elements.

So big public interest in what are the specifics of the Australian matter and what is it to be resolved as while also what are the specifics of the elements involved for these other Countries and for the International usages of the elements too.

Of a lot of things I see as in question a main thing in question is of the one same Charge requite.

Here the Charge I face is In the Count of Strict Liability attempting to represent Mens Rea in the Invested Federal Jurisdiction. With the rest of the Charge the charge sheet wording applying to a 5 page letter and posted envelope it alleges the letter was posted in.

Just a letter as its piece of paper within its 4 corners nothing established or known of its factors beyond that. The Charge claiming a 3rd party public viewing arena of postal usage irrespective and exclusive of within the law or outside the law aspects or its circumstances at all.

This all we are here for with any and all of any attempted differences to it dereliction that significantly.

Yet all the pertaining to it has done is carryon radically different to it and different again from each previous difference everywhere at all every sentence or few this 33+ years of this matter.

We all see the total significance of the “must be one same charge” relevance often but maybe we could realise it in relation to this matter from the following referral to that.

That is we all see on the news or such things regularly a case appealed no matter what its made out situation is otherwise on the grounds of any little mistake or wrong legal usage.

So what does that make the differences which are as cited above in this matter?

I am immediately following going to list the very main elements involved in this matter. As you read them please ask yourself “do I know the specific laws and availabilities of them?” of these factors.

In relation to this 33+ year old matter is the first attempt to break from them anywhere at all and the seeming very dubious instances being attempted of that.

This is you you and you being shonked here by people or things that are only equals to you and anyone of these elements. Do we want this unchallenged?

These society wide and requite in uniform operation factors here include –

• Postal usage.

• Literal written words by themselves (pieces of paper within their 4 corners as our law and shared community ism terms that phenomena).

• Letters.

• Scope of procedure from a piece of paper within its 4 corners towards a letter.

• The Strict liability Law.

• The Mens rea law.

• Strict Liability if it attempts to represent Mens Rea.

• Strict Liability if it attempts to represent Mens rea in the Federal Invested Jurisdiction.

• Strict Liability representing Mens Rea if it is attempted to be amended to Mens Rea.

• Strict Liability representing Mens Rea if it is attempted to be amended to Mens rea in the Federal Invested Jurisdiction.

• The Federal Law/State law situation.

• The Federal Invested Jurisdiction relevance.

• The govt system, legal system and media responsibility involved here.

• The one same Charge relevance.

• Others too.

So why shouldn’t everyone and everything everywhere at all of Australia, USA England and others have the chance and right to know all the specifics involved?

If they do and want it supplied then how else to supply it but by some sort of that wide open commission type enquiry for example a national and international weekly 1 hour TV enquiry show that produces the chance for everyone to know every specific and point involved as distinct from a commission type that we just hear that its happening and something it did every now and again.

If these 1000’s of dubious differences the other sides in this matter have involved are allowed they become the law for everyone and everything else too not just this matter. That is some of the significances of those society wide requite in uniform operation factors.

AND they are not allowed to claim their differences or be abetted anywhere at all if such differences are ever attempted with this particularly so in the Federal Invested Jurisdiction this is a matter in the fields of.

Also I am that 33+years still waiting for my chance to know the one same charge for my defence chance to prepare a defence(which includes whether pleading guilty or innocent).

As far as I know this has only been supplied as not knowable or useable for everyone else everywhere at all too and the relevance that is.

The other sides are totally acting out despite many times over called into question that all is satisfactory in that one same charge aspect.

But even if they are right I still need an explanation of the charge to the same effect as the statistically supplied data as it.

So I am hoping somehow we can get the details to the wider public relevant of these elements ie Australia, USA and England who share the same and/or similar of the elements involved for the centuries of them, along with human interest to that degree for the rest of the world.

I would like you to note that article “the case For damages” is the longest I think, but if you take the trouble to read it through it explains  culminating right at the end what I have only known the one charge thing as throughout and am sure that is right of it and the lead in through the article explains other attempts by other sides of it and a few other things which might be useful to know.

The articles have had many edits to get to what I think is a much better than adequate success and I have not bothered fine pointing the edits any further.
